This poster design is based upon the observation that screen time has been growing over recent years. In 2020, screen time reached an all-time high. The information displayed in this poster shows how much time we spend viewing a screen from a day-to-day basis and how technology now a days sucks us in and consumes our attention. In recent years, our screen time has gone up and continues to grow as time passes by. More than half of our day is spent viewing a screen — that’s 13 hours and 28 min of our time.
